Americana 21-80 Rebuilt by G and J Sales

Hi Jason, I would just like to say how made up I am with my juke box. I first saw a juke box when my neighbor Shelia got one for her 50th, and right there and then I knew that was something that I wanted and mentioned it to my parents. A few years later I turned 30 and to my surprise my Mum and Dad said that I could have one. We booked an appointment to see yourself and I was amazed at the service you provided I don't think there was anymore you could do, I even had you moving juke boxes around but with your help I finally made a decision and went with the Americana juke box.

Well what can I say it is the best present I have ever had. It is then main focus point of my living room and whenever I have visitors they are amazed at what they see, and then I light her up and play some tunes and they are blown away. As you do I was bragging at work about my amazing present and one of my colleagues took an interest and after many discussions and some sneaky looking at your web site he made the decision to go buy one him self.

All that is left for me to say is if every sales person was as caring in their profession as you there would be some very happy customers

Happy 50th birthday

Hi Jason, My wonderful husband wanted to buy me a juke box for my 50th and we shopped around until we came across you. We arranged to come and see you and was amazed at how much experience and knowledge you had to offer. After some careful consideration we decided on the Melody limited edition.

The service you provided was brilliant and the care you took in setting the juke box up was first class. I went on to have a birthday celebration and the juke box made the party outstanding. Everyone was amazed at how lucky I was to have such an amazing birthday present.

The Performer classic rebuilt 100 cd jukebox

Dear Jason We found G and J Sales after searching on the web and comparing Jukeboxes. We spoke to several other companies regarding buying a Jukebox but after speaking with Jason at G and J's we were happy to place our order with him. We were not pressurized into purchasing anything and found all staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We decided to purchase the Performer Classic CD Jukebox which was delivered personally by Jason and on a Sunday to our home in London. Jukebox was installed professionally and Jason instructed us thoroughly on how to use it.

We felt like we received a personal service that went beyond our expectations and we would happy to recommend G and J's to everyone. Since delivery of our Jukebox we have had a couple of parties including our sons 18th and it went down a storm! We are thinking of buying a pinball table and wouldn't go anywhere else'.

Manhatten jukebox for Mike and Lynn

When we first started thinking about changing our jukebox we went on the internet to see who was out there. We settled on G And J Sales Ltd., a family firm. What a good move that was. The service and attitude of both Jason and his Father has been well beyond what we could have hope for. They delivered and setup the Manhattan juke box. While they were play testing it, Jason even cleaned the play field of my pin table.

Steve says thanks for his new jukebox

My partner and I decided we would love to purchase a jukebox for our conservatory, something decent and well built and reliable. We did not really have a budget and knew very little about jukeboxes and felt a little (vulnerable) when we started to enquire about them, mostly through scrolling through the internet. We tried for weeks to try and touch base with someone of whom we would trust to purchase a jukebox as they are not cheap and being a future investment we wanted to get our homework done. Eventually I managed to get a lucky break and touched base with Jason at G and J sales.

His relaxed approach towards offering his services was a really pleasant change and he gave both me and my partner plenty time/advice/literature in order for us to purchase the jukebox that we wanted. It was never about the cost with Jason as he was more than happy to sell us one of his superb refurbished machines, more his passion and customer service that shined through.

After only 3 days of negotiation we purchased a brand new sound leisure slimline for our conservatory and Jason and his father travelled all the way to Geordie land in person to deliver and commission in my house. We even got 40 odd free cds to get us started (WOW). All in all we are exceptionally happy as our jukebox sounds and looks amazing especially in the evening all lit up or when entertaining guests. For me it is all about trust and customer care having my own business in Newcastle and Jason delivered on every level possible.

To all at G & J Sales, I just wanted to say a big thank you!! from the moment I visited your website "wow" what a great selection on new and rebuilt jukeboxes, and when I visited your showroom to have a look in the flesh, thanks for you advise on the Americana – the jukebox was such a hit, he was confused, surprised and a very happy bunny.

We had a bit of a party on Saturday night and everyone loved it… I gave your details to a friend of mine… her hubbys birthday in March and she is thinking of getting one.

Sounds Leisure 1015 Slimline Jukebox

Dear Jason, Just a short note to thank you for your excellent service on purchasing my Sounds Leisure 1015 Slimline Jukebox. Your personal service has been very much appreciated as has your prompt response to my e mails and phone calls.

When I started looking for a juke box I had no idea what I was looking for and my trip to your showroom in Bristol was very beneficial particularly as you took a great deal of time to explain the differences in quality and operation of the various models that you stock. Your delivery service was also excellent as was your setting up of the juke box and your explanation on how to operate it.

It's not often these days one can say they were entirely satisfied with service given when you buy something but in your case I have no hesitation to say that. I have enclosed some pictures of the juke box in my conservatory which as you can see from the stained glass is also where I like to enjoy my music. Jukebox knowledge

From the very beginning when you opened your showroom especially for us on a Sunday and what a tremendous showroom It certainly has the wow factor. You gave us so much information and help to make sure that we chose the right juke box for us.

We chose the Wurlitzer one more time Bubble juke box and it is everything and more we could of asked for and talk about talking and dancing point when we have our parties.

Hi everybody at G and J Sales I would like to thank you all for your excellent service with my jukebox which I bought in November 2005.
It has functioned perfectly since that date and I have been very pleased with it.
It has been the highlight of many BBQ's and parties over the years especially New Years Eve.
Recently I turned it on and it wouldn't work so I rang the technical services. The person I spoke to diagnosed the fault. He talked me through the dismantling of the front board including the advice to take photos to help me put it back together, which i didn't use but may of needed. Then I posted the front board to be repaired.
A week later it was back and in my juke box all fixed and not a hefty bill. Thank you Thank Thank you You understand that not everybody is technical and speak in simple language. This after care service has been fantastic considering how long I have owned the juke box.
I wish you every success with your business and will continue to recommend you to friends.

Just a quick letter thanking you for the time and assistance you gave us when choosing a Jukebox for our Daughters 21st Birthday.
Your expertise and guidance was invaluable and our Daughter is so pleased with her very special present. The advice you offered in which model to choose, the pluses and minuses of the different models on offer and the various extras that were available was crucial in choosing the right model for Tamara.
You did not give us a 'hard sell' and you were genuinely interested in making sure we had the correct advice before we made a purchase. You also gave us 80 CD's as part of the sale which was great as we could use the Jukebox immediately (Your choice of music was surprisingly good!!!!!).

You also took the time to deliver the Jukebox on the morning of Tamara's Birthday and ensured it was set up correctly before the start of our House party.
The only problem now is that we want one as well!!!

It was lovely to meet you and your dad yesterday when you delivered my new jukebox, which I have to say is absolutely beautiful; the care and professional courtesy from you both whilst installing the jukebox was second to none.
I have owned and purchased jukeboxes before from other companies, but hath to say, no other company in my opinion is as efficient or more honest when discussing what machine to buy.
I would like to thank you both for a 1st class product from a 1st class company; without hesitation I would advise anyone looking for a jukebox or associated games room product to contact you first as they will not be disappointed.
